We have developed a sales and support network to support local and overseas customers. Our sales and support staff, as well as those of our resellers, are well trained to work with customers to select the product that best meets their packaging requirements.

1. Pre-sales Support
We take into consideration working capacity, local labor cost and working enviroment etc. when we propose our solutions to our customers. We want to make sure the products that we propose will deliver the best performance.

2. Sales Support
We use our own ERP system to track every batch of production. Once our customers place an order with us, we will allow them to easily track what they order, and when they will receive the products.

3. Post-sales Support
We work very closely with each of our customers. We understand and record what they order, their operating environment, and the operating problems that they have, etc. If needed, we modify configurations to fulfill their unique operating needs.

4. Knowledge Base
We believe our customers should have access to the best quality products. Over the past many years, we have innovated to keep up with our customers’ wants and needs. Not only have we worked closely with our customers to understand what they need, we also work closely with all major printing and packaging machinery companies in China and in other countries to get their input. Over time we have built a big knowledge base of experience of our customers, resellers, as well as printing and packing machinery companies. We leverage this experience to maintain continuous improvement in our products, and come up with leading edge solutions in printing& packaging industry.
